Partial Holiday service is reduced weekday service levels:

On Partial Holidays the Custom Printable Timetable feature is disabled. Please refer to the regular weekday timetable for your bus route. Some routes do not operate on Partial Holidays. Some routes operate a reduced schedule.

You can use the Trip Planner's Point to Point Schedules feature to get a list of times for your bus at your specific stop going to a second location. The Trip Planner is adjusted to offer only the routes and trips that are actually available on a Partial Holiday.
